End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a binding legal contract between you ("User" or "You") and MinimallyLive ("Company," "We," "Us," or "Our") governing your use of the TopicSupply mobile application ("App").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License Grant

MinimallyLive grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use TopicSupply solely for personal, non-commercial use on your devices, as permitted by Apple App Store and Google Play Terms of Service.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Rent, lease, loan, sell, redistribute, sublicense, or exploit the App commercially.
• Use the App unlawfully or post objectionable content, including:
• Hate speech, harassment, discrimination
• Sexually explicit material
• Violence, threats, or bullying
• Illegal or harmful content

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.

3. User-Generated Content

You are responsible for any content you share. We reserve the right to monitor and remove content that violates these terms.

4. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy (see below).

5. Termination

This Agreement terminates if you violate any terms. You must stop using the App and delete all copies.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

7. Limitation of Liability

MinimallyLive is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages related to your use of the App.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of South Korea. You consent to the jurisdiction of South Korea.

9. Changes

We may update this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the App signifies your acceptance.

Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If collected, such data will be deleted promptly.

We implement commercially reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee complete security.
